Noodles: 2 eggs, 1 oz cream cheese, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning
Sauce: 1 oz cream cheese, 1/8 cup mozzarella, 1 tbsp parmesan, 1 tbsp butter
Noodles: preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients until smooth, poor into a greased 8 x 8 pan. Bake 8 minutes or until eggs no longer jiggle.
Let cool for 5 minutes, then roll egg sheet up. Slice to desired noodle thickness.
Sauce: microwave all ingredients for 30 seconds, whisk, then microwave another 30 seconds.
Pour sauce over noodles and enjoy immediately!
